Tomas started recruiting in the heavy industry in 2009. He noticed that recruitment processes were often perceived as unnecessarily complex or unpleasant. Adding to this, the urge and power to create, Tomas founded Modus Engineering in 2017.

Within the company, Tomas is an important factor for group cohesion. With his casual sociality, he generates bonding in the workplace. He believes in 1+1=3, where cooperation makes stronger.

Not only on the business front, Tomas creates a close and familiar environment. At home, he is incredibly happy with his wife, children and dog!
