Besides studying Commercial Economics and Master’s in Marketing, Tim has always had side jobs in sales. After 5 successful years as an Instrument & Control Consultant and then Team & Business manager, he founded Focus Engineering in 2013.

Tim is always energetic and he likes to transfer this energy to the team. Besides being a passionate mentor, you can always find a good sparring partner in Tim. In his work, he is direct, efficient and results-oriented. In this way, he not only stimulates business growth within the team, but also personal growth.

Tim spends his free time on sports activities, friends & family, cooking, eating & drinking, dancing, producing and spinning music. Holidays, traveling and learning other languages should not be missing from the list either.

With all these facets combined, Tim strives for a balanced work-life balance.
